New Anti-Russian Sanctions, Eastern Partnership to Top EU's Luxembourg Summit

Foreign ministers of 28 EU countries will sit down for talks in Luxembourg later on Monday to specifically discuss possible new sanctions on Russia over its alleged chemical weapons use and hacking activity, as well as cooperation with the Eastern Partnership program.
