Syrian Government Launches Scale Reconstruction Program in Aleppo
ALEPPO (Sputnik) - The Syrian government has begun rebuilding infrastructure in war-torn Aleppo province as part of a phased program to encourage the return of displaced people, the regional deputy governor said.
