Trump administration could give fee-based practices a boost

Concierge medicine and fee-based direct primary care practices promise patients greater access and more time with their doctors, in exchange for an annual fee. Now, the Trump administration is considering paying for Medicare patients to gain access to some of these practices in order to improve their care.
